Convertbloom, offers a trial period for you test the application before you purchase. The amount paid for trial is non-refundable.
If you have purchased subscription from MaaD Digital LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you can cancel the subscription and you will not be charged for the billing cycle. You will have full access to the product until the end of the billing cycle.
If you had purchased a digital product (with one time payment e.g. downloadable software or eBook) and are not happy with the quality, you may be eligible for a refund within 5 (five) days of download. Please contact us through contact@taodesk.tech and we will review the case for refund.
In any case you also agree that you will first inform us of your concern before informing your bank or credit card company. If you do not discuss the issue with us and try a refund through credit card or bank, then you agree that you will be ineligible for any refund.
